If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your candies for a prompt refund or exchange. First, however, DO NOT throw away the candies if you want them replaced - you must return them to us in order for us to honor the exchange/replacement. Also, please be sure to tell us the reason why you are returning the candy, so we can improve our processes. Refunds for unopened candies returned within 7 days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Unfortunately, refunds for the following will not be allowed:

Items returned more than 8 days after the purchase date
Seasonal items (Halloween, Christmas, etc.)
Opened candies
Melted candies
Bulk candies
Custom orders
Large quantity orders
